The current year’s Agenda and Minutes can be found below
Minutes and Meeting papers for April 2019 – March 2020 are available in the Previous Year for 2019 – 20 section
The Clerk is happy to provide any of the papers which the Council will consider at the meeting to members of the public (provided they are not confidential), but, to save printing costs will need to know in advance. Please let the Clerk know if you would like hard copies of the papers.
Minutes of Meetings are published as soon as possible on the website for the benefit of all. However, these do not become the formal record of the meeting until endorsed at the next Parish Council meeting; therefore you should always check to see whether any amendments have been made.
Additional papers for discussion or note are included under the agenda for the appropriate meeting, generally as PDFs or links to the Cherwell District Council Planning Portal website. All documents and links open in new tabs.
