The Clerk is happy to provide any of the papers which the Council will consider at the meeting to members of the public (provided they are not confidential), but, to save printing costs will need to know in advance. Please let the Clerk know if you would like hard copies of the papers.
Minutes of Meetings are published as soon as possible on the website for the benefit of all. However, these do not become the formal record of the meeting until endorsed at the next Parish Council meeting; therefore you should always check to see whether any amendments have been made.
